Swiss veteran vehicle!
This beautiful Iso Rivolta Lele was delivered to Switzerland on March 22, 1972 as one of only 125 cars with a Chevrolet engine and with an extremely rare steel sunroof.
The vehicle was first registered on July 11, 1972 and was owned for about thirty years. In 1990, an Iso Rivolta enthusiast bought this beautiful vehicle. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, he had to refrain from restoring the car, so it changed hands in the early 2000s. The buyer disassembled the car completely and had the body completely rebuilt in 2008/2009 by Roberto Negri, a well known Iso Rivolta specialist in Italy. To give the car a new shine, Negri's company also upholstered the sports interior in a light-colored leather. In 2015, the car was taken over by a new owner. He spared no expense in the restoration and had the Chevrolet V8 engine rebuilt by German specialist "Yankee Motors" and optimized to 350 hp.
After being painted in "rosso rubino", the Lele was reassembled with many new parts and a complete wiring harness at the end of 2016. The conscientious work was finally rewarded in April 2017 with the MFK in Switzerland as a veteran vehicle. In 2020, the car was purchased by Mr. K., who is himself a passionate classic car collector. The car was registered there for the first time in Germany.
