330ps! 2 Owner! R-Line!
The Volkswagen Beetle Cabriolet offered here, built in 2018, combines the sporty appearance of the R-Line package with extensively upgraded performance. Finished in black with a black interior and contrasting beige soft top, the car remains deliberately understated – at first glance, there is little to suggest the impressive 330 hp available beneath the surface.
On behalf of the current owner, the 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine was extensively modified by the renowned Sidney Industries in Dortmund. The conversion includes an upgraded Golf 7 GTI turbocharger, downpipe, charge-air piping, as well as corresponding oil and water lines. Audi RS3 spark plugs and a valved sports exhaust system, also installed by Sidney Industries, complete the technical package. Visually, the Beetle retains its largely standard R-Line appearance, with only slightly enlarged exhaust tips discreetly hinting at the increased performance.
The interior has also been tastefully upgraded. A professional upholsterer covered the dashboard, armrest and centre console in smooth leather, while the steering column surround, sun visors and steering wheel were finished in Alcantara. The modifications integrate seamlessly into the black interior while preserving the original character of the car.
The accident-free Beetle is a two-owner car, with Volkswagen itself registered as the first owner for approximately one year. It was subsequently acquired by its current private owner, who commissioned both the extensive mechanical modifications and the interior upgrades.
An exceptional Beetle Cabriolet for enthusiasts looking for understated factory-style appearance, high-quality individualisation and a surprising 330 hp.
